Executive Summary
I created a course for a new hire at work: how to conduct monthly touch base meetings with our clients, virtual schooling families. I realized how closely each step aligned with touch base meetings conducted by team leaders. I developed this course to provide guidance for new leaders.

Challenge: To gather different perspectives about the components of a touch base meeting, synthesize the information, and focus in on major steps.
Solution: I interviewed other instructors and a business project lead. I consolidated all information on a blueprint for the course.
Results: I was able to streamline this process into 4 main action steps.
